Welcome! My name is Heather Heart. Alongside my husband, Hunter, we are the proud owners of Staging with Heart.

Staging didn’t begin as a business idea. It evolved from the work and experience we’ve built over the years.

 

I’ve spent over a decade in real estate and grew up in a family who owned a contracting company. Homes, construction, and design were always part of everyday life. Over time, we’ve staged many homes and walked through thousands more. We’ve seen what makes buyers pause, what photographs beautifully, and what ultimately helps a home feel right.

Hunter is a licensed Master Electrician with nearly two decades of experience in high-end residential lighting. Together, we’ve owned Heart Lighting & Electrical for almost ten years, helping thousands of homeowners refine their spaces through thoughtful lighting and careful detail.

 

Between real estate, construction, and lighting, we approach staging differently. We think about scale, tone, flow, and how light moves through a space. We also work closely with an experienced real estate photographer to ensure what feels right in person translates seamlessly online.

We own our entire staging inventory. We don’t rent pieces or substitute something that doesn’t belong. If a home needs something specific, we find it.

We care too much about the final result to compromise. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: help every home show at its very best.
